Main Functions and Duties:
- Manage emails, online chats and incoming phone calls. Assist customers through these communication channels.
- Receiving and verifying documents from customers;
- Providing customer support in the shortest time;
- Recording financial transactions;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships;
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English; (additional languages are advantage)
- High ability to maintain focus;
- Organized and punctual;
- Time management skills;
- Ability of collection and analyzing Data, team working skills.
- Purposeful and result-oriented;
- Ability to function under pressure;
- Patient, polite and knowledge how to provide high level customer support;
- Experience working in a similar position is a priority;
- Knowledge of office programs (working Experience in CRM will be advantage) and general knowledge in operating a computer ;
- Desire to learn;
- Do the job in good faith;
- Work in shifts, evening shifts are mandatory! Working in rotation;
Office location in Vera district near chavchavadze ave, rRewarding salary for fit candidates, Working days/hours:
Full time, according to schedules.
Morning: 11:00 – 20:00
Evening: 15:00 – 24:00
